About Mrs. Ruocco

Hello! I'm Mrs. Ruocco

This is my second year at Jefferson Junior/Senior High School and I am so excited to be a part of our counseling team! I truly enjoy getting to know students and families throughout the school year.

I grew up in New York and have lived in Colorado for fifteen years. I received my B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Northern Colorado and my M.A. in School Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. I consider myself a life-long learner and I am currently working towards an additional license to become a licensed professional counselor.

I enjoy spending my free time with my 8 year old son and my husband. We love traveling and visiting with our extended family and friends. I have a lot of fun skiing in the winter and scuba diving in the summer. I am also a big fan of staying in and playing board games.
